About the event
Join NCSS for a weekend of camping and solo safety where we will cover methods to make your adventures safer as a woman alone in nature. Hear from and camp with an avid woman solo camper/overlander/hiker on how she stays safe from natures threats as well as human threats when on solo adventures.
On-Site camping is available at NCSS for this event.

- Wilderness safety - Protection from the Elements & Proper Planning
- Navigating Unexpected Situations - Self Rescue
- Fire - Make Fire in any Conditions and Master Multiple Igntion Methods
- Land Navigation Basics - Map and Compass Basics
- Preventative Measures - Deturing Human Preditors
- Self Defense Product Review- Pros and Cons of Popular Self Defense Products
- Group Discussion - Share Tips, Tricks, and Hacks for a Better Experience
